By accessing and using Avenly, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Avenly provides users with tools to plan, organize, and manage events. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

3. Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to us.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Avenly representative.
• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

5. Termination

You agree that Avenly may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Avenly account and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of the Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines.
