What is the best way to manage a wedding guest list?
Keep one list that guests update themselves. With avenly.io, each household replies on its own link, and the replies, meals, seats and arrivals all land on the same list, so you never merge spreadsheets or count WhatsApp messages.
Can I import my guest list from Excel or WhatsApp?
Yes. Paste text copied from WhatsApp or your notes, or upload a CSV or Excel (XLSX) file. AI groups the names into households and you check every household before anything is saved. Free includes 10 imports per event.
Can my partner, family or planner help?
Yes. Invite co-hosts as admins, editors, door scanners or viewers. Each role only sees and changes what it needs.
How do I track who hasn't replied?
The guest list shows who's waiting and whether they've opened their link. Send a reminder to those households from your own WhatsApp, SMS or email in a few taps.
Does it handle plus-ones and children?
Yes. You list everyone in each household, adults and children. If you allow plus-ones, guests can add someone when they reply.
How big a guest list can I manage?
The Free plan covers up to 30 guests. Event Premium removes the limit for one event for a one-time US$15.
