Singapore weddings

Wedding RSVP for Singapore, one link per family.

avenly.io is a wedding RSVP website built in Singapore. Every family gets its own invitation link, sent from your own WhatsApp: they're greeted by name, reply in two taps with no app, and on the day the same link is their entry pass. It's free for up to 30 guests, and a one-time US$15 (about S$19) covers a whole wedding of any size.

  • Sent from your own WhatsApp
  • English and 中文 on one link
  • Ang bao recorded at the desk
01How it works

From guest list to banquet hall.

01

Paste your list

Copy it from WhatsApp, your notes or Excel. AI sorts it into families, and you check it before anything is saved.

02

Send each family its link

One after another from your own WhatsApp, or by SMS or email. The queue remembers who's next.

03

Watch the replies

See who has opened the link, who's coming, meals and dietary needs, and who still needs a nudge.

04

Check guests in

Scan the invite or search a name at the door, record the ang bao, and see the headcount as guests arrive.

02Try the RSVP as a guest

Open the invite your guests will get.

The real invitation page, for a made-up couple. You're Uncle Robert & Auntie Grace: read it, reply, then walk up to the door with your entry pass.

  1. Step 1 of 3Read your invite

It already greets you by name. Scroll through Mei & Daniel's page, and tap EN at the top for 中文.

  2. Step 1 of 3Reply for everyone

Tap RSVP Now near the end, then answer for each person and choose their meals.

  3. Step 1 of 3Walk in on the day

After you reply, the same link becomes your entry pass.

03What guests reply

Everything you'd chase them for, in one reply.

The family's names are already on the invite. Each person answers for themselves.

Who's coming

Each guest in the family says yes or no. You see totals for adults and children.

Meals and dietary

Every guest picks a meal and notes dietary needs, so the banquet count matches the replies.

Baby chairs

Families with young children ask for a baby chair, and it shows on your seating plan.

Parking

Turn it on and guests say if they need a lot. Hand out tickets at the door and tick them off.

Plus-ones, your call

Let guests add someone, or keep the list to the names you invited.

A deadline

Set an RSVP date. If anyone still hasn't replied, you get an email a week and a day before it.

04Made for Singapore

For the way weddings run here.

Built in Singapore, for hotel banquets, restaurant dinners and everything in between.

Banquet tables

Upload the hotel's floor plan and AI finds the tables. Seat families together and print the plan by table.

Ang bao at the door

Record each family's ang bao as they arrive, then print a tidy list for each side of the family.

中文 for the elders

The same link shows the invite in English or Chinese, so grandparents read it in their own language.

Both sides of the family

Mark each family as the bride's or groom's side, and see replies and gifts for each side.

Your helpers at the desk

Give cousins or friends the door-scanner role. They check guests in from their own phones.

The night's photos

Guests share photos to a live wall on the ballroom screen. Afterwards, download them all in one go and share your favourites in a gallery.

05Questions

Questions, answered.

Can't find yours? Ask us on WhatsApp, and a real person replies.

What is the best RSVP website for a Singapore wedding?

It depends on what you need. If you want each family to get its own link on WhatsApp, reply in English or Chinese, and use the same link at the door, avenly.io was built in Singapore for exactly that. For a simple free form, Google Forms works, but every guest gets the same link and nothing carries over to the day.

Can guests RSVP on WhatsApp?

Yes. You send each family its own link from your own WhatsApp, and they reply on the invite page in their phone's browser. Nothing is sent from a business number, so guests see the message come from you.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The invite opens in any phone browser. Guests never download anything or create an account.

Can the invite be in Chinese?

Yes. One link shows the invite in English and 中文 (Simplified Chinese), and each guest can switch. French and Japanese are available too.

How do I record ang bao at the wedding?

At the reception desk, check a family in and record their ang bao amount in the same step. Afterwards, print or save the list as a PDF, sorted the way you need it.

How much does it cost in Singapore dollars?

avenly.io is free for up to 30 guests. For a bigger wedding, Event Premium is a one-time US$15 (about S$19), paid once by card with no subscription.

Can I plan the banquet seating too?

Yes. Upload the venue's floor plan, let AI find the tables, then seat families. Once guests check in, their table shows on their own invite link.
