RSVPs on WhatsApp, without the group chat.
With avenly.io you send each family its own invitation link from your own WhatsApp. They tap it, see an invite addressed to them, and reply for everyone in their party in two taps, with no app. The replies are counted for you, and you can see who has opened the link. It's free for up to 30 guests.
- From your own number
- A personal link per family
- Also SMS, email, Telegram
Sending, one family after another.
Personal messages from you get opened. The queue makes sending a few hundred of them quick.
Write the message once
Your own words with the guest's name and link filled in. Each family's message is ready to go.
Tap to open WhatsApp
The chat opens with the message typed. Check it, press send, and come back.
The queue moves on
Mark it sent and the next family is up. Stop any time; the queue remembers where you were.
Open the invite your guests will get.
The real invitation page, for a made-up couple. You're Uncle Robert & Auntie Grace: read it, reply, then walk up to the door with your entry pass.
Know where every invite stands.
Opened or not
See which families have opened their link, before they've even replied.
Replies counted
Who's coming, meals and dietary needs, totalled as replies come in.
Gentle reminders
Send a nudge the same way, only to the families who haven't answered.
A ping when they reply
Install the studio on your phone and get a notification for each new RSVP.
Any channel per family
WhatsApp for most, SMS or email for the rest, and Telegram, WeChat or Instagram where that's how you talk.
A deadline
Set an RSVP date, and get an email a week and a day before it if anyone still hasn't replied.
How do I collect wedding RSVPs on WhatsApp?
Send each household its own RSVP link instead of asking for replies in a chat. With avenly.io, the message and link for each family are ready to send from your own WhatsApp, and every reply is collected and counted on one guest list.
Does avenly.io send WhatsApp messages for me?
No. Messages go from your own WhatsApp, one family after another, so guests get them from a number they know. The send queue opens each chat with the message ready, so you only press send.
Why not bulk-send from a business number?
Bulk WhatsApp sending needs fixed, pre-approved message templates sent from a business number your guests don't know. A message from you, in your words, is more likely to be opened and answered. If you need automatic bulk sending for a very large list, a tool built on the WhatsApp Business API suits that better.
Will the link preview show in WhatsApp?
Yes. Each family's link opens their own invite, and WhatsApp shows a preview card for it.
Can guests reply in the WhatsApp chat instead?
They can, but the replies won't be counted. Their link takes ten seconds and records meals and dietary needs too. If someone tells you in person, change their reply yourself on the guest list.
What if a guest doesn't use WhatsApp?
Send that family's link by SMS or email instead, or copy it into any app. Each family can use a different channel.
